After i have taken my first book out... E.S Murthy garu a renowned music composer in Southern Music Industry, gave his first thoughts on how the book is, here are his thoughts as i understood. his first question after reading the book was...
Is it your personal story?
My Answer : No its not a personal story, its just a thought from the eyes of one of the student.. It is based on the true story that i have seen but its not mine...
Did you fell in love?
No.. sir..
It is like reading a personal diary rather than like a book.. there are few places where one line is not meeting with the other, its not on all lyrics, but for few of them i felt so... some lines are more like prose rather than poetry.. "chandassu" is not there... The book is all about pessimissm, why did you write it so pessimistically..
My Answer: Sir, it is just the subject i have choosen to write, so based on that character.. its a sympathetic one.. i am not pessimistic but the book creates sympathy on 1 character....
Why did you choose such a topic to write... there are so many burning issues in the world... We may find girls moving from one man to another, but taking that and publishing a book is not good in my opinion....
My reply: yes, shall be writing on other topics as well...
You have to learn writing in Telugu, you are not supposed to write telugu in english
Yes sir, currently i am learning to write...
Read more books about poistive energy, spread the positive energy around.. I am personally against the thought of everything is dark.. everything is gloomy... there is nothing in life... There are so many things in life, which are worth praising.. see the works of sirivennela garu.. you get so much inspiration listening to his lyrics...it is good that you have started writing... but be careful that you dont start on the laughing note..
he got up from the chair and got me a book that has tremendous lyrical value.. I loved the "tapala bantrothu" and "Cosmopolitan" from the verses he narrated... it was worth a double hand praise.. the mood was completely different... so its on the other side of the shore... he continued then..
I am not discouraging you, you have started to write which is good.. so write something that is useful to the nation.. writing something just as a fun and printing books does not give value.. though you write 2 lines.. they should be inspirational. Check the writings of the old days.. what books did you read ...
My reply : I have read "yenki patalu", "gurajada rachanalu", "matti kannu", "kavitha sankalanam from 1991-98"
you should also try reading "amrutham kurisina rathri", "tilak kathalu"
More the books you read, you will get to know more about the beauty of the telugu literature..
you have to learn writing telugu first.. read vemana sathakam .. write it down on a paper.. it will give you more grip on telugu writing.. and you will also learn vemana sathakam.. your young generation should be jubliant, have to write something that is energetic.. and creates positive vibes.. dont be sad ..
He had to meet some one more important.. he corrected few lines, and gave few suggestions of what lines are not so expressive.. and then had to say a bye bye to him.. Though the conversation went on for 90 minutes.. I was on a learning curve.. improvements are only seen with constructive criticism and progressive learning and adapting..
Thank you sir, for spending your valuable 90 minutes with me and applauding few of my thoughts and correcting me at times... Look forward with your association on my journey into telugu literature..
